ceph (14.2.21-1+deb11u3) bullseye-security; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload by the Debian LTS team.
  * CVE-2024-31884: Fix an issue where the Python bindings did not correctly
    implement SSL certificate checking. (Closes: #1126573)
